Met some friends for dinner. Had a nice quiet cozy table in the back. Service was great, and food was very good. I tried the fish and chips and was pleasantly surprised. Nice atmosphere. Would definitely recommend and plan to return.
My first time here although my wife had been one time before. We went relatively early so it wasn’t terribly busy.
I ordered the Cottage Pie and it was excellent! My wife had the Union Jack burger which she really enjoyed. I also had a 10 oz Space Kitty which I felt fairly quickly with its 8.4% alcohol. LOL
Restaurant was spotless and the service was outstanding. Will definitely go back!
My wife and I really like this place. The beer selection is great and the food is always cooked to perfection. Classic British dishes are the way to go. Bangers and mash or toad in the hole. Fish and chips or cottage pie. They do a great job. If you like comfort food, this is a great place. It tries to be like a pub but the atmosphere is more restaurant but that’s ok. Enjoy.
Nice place. I ordered a burger…it was just average. The salads my friend ordered looked great, and free popcorn is always a plus. The waitress was nice. Definitely will give it another shot.
I ordered the Hummus Veggie Wrap and it was very refreshing and filling. It’s a great option if you are not wanting traditional tavern menu options but still want to go out with people. The British theme is whimsical and everyone I was with enjoyed their meal.
