Father’s Day Brunch idea to try this spot for the first time. Service was exceptional and ambiance very nice with a live DJ.
Unfortunately if the food isn’t on point not much else matters. While you had a lot of options, the 3 items we ordered were on the salty side and very average and worst of all overpriced. The jerk wings are actually a jerk rub loaded with salt. The French toast was rubbery and just tasted like bread with no flavor whatsoever. The jerk salmon with grits was swimming in an oily, salty gravy that was very disappointing.
This was an amazing experience. My family and I went to celebrate our children’s karate test. The staff was amazing. They answered any questions I had about the menu, made recommendations. They were friendly, respectful and had good energy. The food was finger licking good and filling.
I got the Bayview Burger, my kids shared the chicken and waffles and my husband had The What the jerk chicken sandwich. We all shared and there were no complaints. 10 out of 10 on everything for me.
It was my first time going here after friends recommend the restaurant. I went for brunch. The food was amazing!! So delicious. The staff was nice and friendly! And the owner thank me and my friend for the visit which was very nice. I most definitely will be going back again!
So fantastic! Food was amazing, I had sriracha honey wings which were amazing, spicy and sweet, and chicken and waffles. The chicken was juicy and crunchy with good salt levels, and the waffle was literally the best waffle I have ever eaten in my entire life. It was light and fluffy, the smallest hint of orange, and very lightly sweet.
Everything about this place is a whole vibe. The Prix Fix Brunch, delicious! I couldn’t believe how big my fish was, like 2 huge pieces, or should I say they gave me the whole fish. There’s a cocktail they have, I can’t remember the name, but it was yummy. The music is on point, you forget you were there to eat. Fantastic Black Owned business. I drove an hour to get there and will do it to meet up with friends again.
