I’m a Rockaways resident and it was my first time at Super Burrito in Arverne. The young lady at the register was kind and friendly. I did not get her name but she told me she usually works at their other location in Bedford, Brooklyn and mentioned they have a bar, etc. I thought it was great of her to share their other location – good marketing! I got their shrimp bowl with guacamole and a flour tortilla on the side. The food was delicious from the first to the last bite – wow!! Freshly made and a generous portion! Their green hot sauce did not disappoint!! I will definitely visit again soon and maybe check out their location in Bedford, too!
I’ve been to this restaurant only once with family and I just need to say that the food here is amazing and I would love to come back here. Despite the wait for your food being a little lengthy, it is most definitely worth it. The service is very welcoming and warming and my family thought the bathrooms looked nice as well. Amazing restaurant overall. 5 stars
I have a take out dinner from them at least once a week since their opening. It’s a solid and consistent option, I mostly order bowls or quesadillas but all of their menu items are great.
My first time going – I liked the store’s look although the music was blasting. I didn’t like the California burrito as it just wasn’t flavorful, most of the steak was chewy, the fries were super soggy, & they didn’t offer to go hot sauce. I’m willing to give another try though!
The burrito was fine, but surprisingly the burger bomb! Nice char/sear, pink middle, well seasoned and all the toppings and sauce worked really well with it.
