CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS!! They upcharged me by almost $2 and tried to explain it as “tax,” when the tax was clearly charged separately on the higher price. Bait and switch, and previous reviews show this is habitual! Don’t go here!! They will steal your money.
I eat here everyday, i have done so for 5 years. Not a single time i face any problem.
Food always comes very hot and fresh and in time.
The staff especially the manager always make sure customers are satisfied and happy.
I drive 2 hours on road just to eat here their food is always amazing.
I always get large combo orders very good value for money. Always large fries and drink it’s very good!!

Only place in Albany New York where i always get hot and fresh food every time.
They never get my order wrong and i am always satisfied.
All staff are very well mannered and very friendly. Store always looks very clean.
The manager is really nice and always helpful to all customers. He always make sure all customers get their order on time.

The employees are really kind and are very helpful, especially Khorshed , Noor, and Sajeeb
They were upsizing my order without my permission as many of the other 1-star reviews noted.
I had to insist on a small side order and also demanded a small drink but of course they didn’t have small cups so I had to take a large tea at medium price.
To top it off they gave me sweet tea when I had made clear that I wanted Unsweetened tea.
I’ll never come back to this store again.
