Title: Disappointing Experience: Poor Customer Service at Texas Chicken and Burgers
My recent visit to Texas Chicken and Burgers left me thoroughly unimpressed, primarily due to the abysmal customer service I encountered. While the food itself was passable, the appalling treatment I received overshadowed any positive aspects of the experience.
One particular incident that stands out is their exorbitant pricing strategy for beverages. I was shocked to discover that a 20 oz bottle of ginger ale was priced at a staggering $3.99, a cost that far exceeds reasonable expectations. However, the real kicker came when I requested a simple cup of ice to accompany my purchase. Despite offering to pay for this basic addition, I was bluntly informed that they were not “permitted” to provide a cup of ice. This rigid and unwelcoming policy left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
The lack of flexibility and empathy displayed by the staff further compounded my dissatisfaction. Throughout my interaction with them, I found their attitude to be dismissive and indifferent, showing little regard for customer satisfaction or basic courtesy. In an industry where customer service should be paramount, the stark contrast between the quality of the food and the treatment of patrons at Texas Chicken and Burgers is deeply disappointing.
In conclusion, I would caution potential patrons against visiting Texas Chicken and Burgers due to the dismal customer service standards they uphold. While the food may be decent, the overall experience is marred by their lackluster approach to customer care. Save yourself the frustration and seek out establishments that value and respect their clientele.
excellent food and excellent customer service. Arham and Nikita were very helpful. We never go wrong by coming to Tex’s. Highly recommend. Halal, and the fiery wings are a great deal. Bring your family.
I feel kind of bad leaving this review, but the customer service was just garbage and made me feel completely and utterly unwelcome. It’s like it was a chore that I was ordering food, but then the real disappointment came super greasy super fried with other stuff when I eat chicken, I don’t want the taste of fish. It’s a really great idea. Such a shame it’s a shame I went I. With such excitement and left disappointed hungry but the helal spot was bust literally less then a block south
Arham is a great employee always figures out what’s good on the menu and he helps me choose come here plenty of times he’s always treating me great
Worst chicken tenders I’ve ever had. The chicken was chewy and bouncy and very dry despite being very hot. Fries were like stale McDonald’s fries.
I’ve never had to fight a chicken tender to eat it until now.
They’re called chicken TENDERS not chicken TOUGHS.
