I was watching some sports at home and wanted some wings different flavors. I came across Wingstop on Uber Eats I am usually a guy that read reviews before ordering I didn’t in this case. I ordered my food at 9:45 it’s now 11:45 same day. The under service was waiting for 1 hour and 15 mins for the food to be prepped. I give the benefit of the doubt that they were busy so I decided to contact the driver and he was even more annoyed because it’s a waste of his time and we all know time is money. At this point I decided to go read the reviews on the place which I really wished I did before ordering. The food came and just as the reviews said everything was in a mess the bag had sauce all over it and no it wasn’t from the driver because other people have complained about the same thing. I took a few photos of what it looked like and then I took a photo of how presentation should be on my plate. In all honesty I won’t blame the franchise but the management at this specific location should really get it together. I will give wingstop another chance but at a different location.
I witnessed the Cashier scratched buttocks and nose while handling my order. Food was unexpectedly tangy for some reason. Possibility seasoned with something other than what I asked for.
Ordered food online to be delivered, $71 worth on March 24, 2024 Never received my food. Immediately called customer service stated they will refund my money. Had to call 2 more times. 11 days later still waiting for my refund. Do not order from wing stop. Their reviews are Horrible ( didn’t know this before I ordered!
I’m not sure if it’s a hangout spot or what but the crowd in there was just atrocious the workers seem like they knew everybody I guess that’s a good thing. The soda machine needs to be cleaned it was just uncomfortable vibe to go in there. However we did order our food online when we did reach our food was ready. It was not the best food. We thought it was wings but it seemed more like breasts.
Food was immaculate. They do a pretty good job. If you’d ask me, they don’t deserve the 3 star rating.
