Food is good but customer service is the worse, I order online and they didn’t bring me the side order, I call the restaurant and they told me very rude that everything was complete I explained to her that not because we where missing the fries for my chicken parmigiana, after a while arguing she say will send the delivery with my fríes, after one hour call back the restaurant and she says it was on its way but the delivery never came. we used to order every week and i feel so bad about this experience. is been 3 month so far. Hope they see this and train their employees.
Our family has been going to Lena’s for at least a good five years, but we have started seeing some slacking in their food. The pork chops that I order today met that criteria! Very disappointed that anyone can see these pork chops burn and serve them to a customer when you’re spending $50 for a delivery of their food at their cost. Sometimes you just better off ordering a pizza pie from a family neighbor pizza shop. See photos. STILL would go to LENA’s for their beef stew and ox tails don’t get it twisted.
Food was good , fresh , customer service was very nice .
I walked in and everyone just stared at me not saying a word. Then the cashier look annoyed(rolled her eyes at me).So i felt uncomfortable in less than 5 minutes. I walked to cashier asked for empanadas and the cashier tried to act like she didn’t know what i was asking for. I grab a menu and point to it because it’s legit the first thing on their menu under appetizers. She goes “oh” , then goes to the back and says we don’t have any. Meanwhile right behind her is a case with them in there. I left and didn’t even bother. Will never go back nor suggest this place. I drove out the way to try something new and grab something quick. Disgusted. If you are of color take your money elsewhere!
I ordered on uber eats. I ordered a chicken soup and this is what I got. I’m having stomachaches and do you that I can eat this full of salsa… also didn’t got any spoons and I’m at a hotel so am I supposed to eat with my hands?
