I decided to get this randomly one night for takeout. I ordered the Entrana, it was absolutely delicious. It was seasoned so good, the rice was cooked beautifully, the salad it came with was dressed good too. It came with a big piece of entrana (skirt steak), rice and beans, and a salad. It was only $25.00! It was very big portions and very cheap. Would come here again 100%!
Great family owned Ecuadorian food. The only reason this gets four stars is because of the occasional mistakes with the rice or chicken, and the inside needs a revamp.
***GUSANOS***MAGGOTS***ALERT***
At first I was all happy about finding this location. I normally go to POLLOS MARIO on Broadway. I ordered for pickup. And took it home to the next state where I live. I ate a little bit of the chicharrón but it was already 11pm. I left it for the next day. Upon reheating in a pan. I came across some things that weren’t there before. Never in my life did I think I would’ve seen MAGGOTS cooking out of the pork. We threw out everything. I called the store to let them know. The manager thanked me for letting him know and if I wanted a refund he would do so. That was less than 24 hours of buying. I called back today for a refund and he said he spoke to the owner and he said I should’ve said something the same day. I don’t want to argue with them. I am now taking the necessary steps to prevent this from happening to others. This review with pics and a complaint to the health dept are starters.
