Went there for lunch today and the food was nasty. The French fries was grease and my double cheeseburger was cold. When I ask the staff person to plz fix it she had a nasty attitude and being rude in front of her manager. And the manager didn’t do nothing about it.
Is there no authority in this place? Are the employees forced to work? Are they deliberately rounding up all these employees who hate customers? Isn’t there an inspection or authority? It takes 1 hour to order in a huge place, and the disgusting working system. Today’s employees definitely do not deserve the money they get paid.
The only reason why i didn’t give it a 0 star rating is due to that not being an option. The cashier was so sweet and I thought she understood what i ordered. However upon receiving my cheeseburgers,I went home and saw there were no burgers between the buns of the CHEESEBURGERS!!! Like how do you f forget the burger? Of all the things you as McDonald’s worker could forget you chose the bur and handed it to me with a smile knowing damn well you didn’t give me a burger. Im so gob smacked i didn’t realize there was none until i heated up and took a bite. I was devastated. There is definitely a reason why it’s a 3.6 rating. The fries are the only saving grace. But still never again.
I arrived at the drive-thru at 10:43 pm. I waited for approximately 5 minutes when a staff member exited the facility and proceeded to wave a cup, indicating that the location was closed. I drove closer to the employee to confirm this announcement. Upon approach, the employee stated that the reason they were closing early was because they were understaffed. I noticed approximately three employees and asked how many were working for the evening. The employee confirmed that there were four members staffed for the night. I then informed the employee that Google confirmed that the location closes at 11:45 pm. The staff member confirmed the schedule was correct. However, she stated that because she was leaving at 11 pm, the remaining three employees would be understaffed.
Additionally, the employees serviced about 3-4 cars in the drive-thru before me. I pleaded for the employee to allow me to order, and she refused. It’s disheartening to know that this location decided to close an hour early while claiming to be understaffed, with four employees working at 10:45 pm when the drive-thru was the only available option to order.
During a particularly busy period, the establishment was severely understaffed with only three personnel, including the manager, available to provide service. The premises were in need of cleaning, and the automated ordering system was not operational, resulting in a challenging and demanding day.
