Went there and order mc chicken meal. Sendwich was not fresh and the fries was overcooked and hard. I ask to speak with manager but after waiting for him 10 mins and he didn’t show up. So I left the place. And this is not the 1st time that there food was below average….
This is the 1st time in a long time that I received a McDonald’s Sandwich and fries that were Hot n Ready! The Big Mac actually tasted great! I was amazed and ate it right in the parking lot because I didn’t want it to get cold. Once I tried the hot fries, I was hooked. This location is in Queens on Sutphin and Linden Blvd. I took the drive-thru, and it was quick. [In my Arnold Schwarzenegger voice] I’ll be back!
We go there casually to order in and stay for a bit. It’s always busy with delivery orders and other customers but they never disappoint in cleanliness and service.
Always kind workers and even in rush hour gets the job done. The food is always hot and correct and if it’s wrong they immediately fix the issue at hand. Parking is usually available, big open space and there’s also a drive thru.
This place service is the absolute worst. I went there to pick up my order at 10:35pm and didn’t leave there till 11:10pm and on top of that when I leave and went in my car I checked my order and saw only 1 fish sandwich and I ordered 2 and they didn’t give me my apple slice and my McFlurry. This is not the first time I ordered from here and they always forgot 1 thing from my order and the staff always have an attitude.
It’s so shame spending money and establishment and the service so poor. I ordered breakfast for my kid to eat all we i got are 4 drinks I didn’t even order. I called the store a few time. No one answered it goes to a voice recorder all I heard was “yo” so unprofessional never again.
