This was my first time eating at this location. I’m not big on fast food but I was hungry. I like how the digital kiosk systems works. Fast easy to use. No wait, no hassle. They bring your food to you. That’s a plus. The food is the usual , this time I had gotten the butter milk chicken sandwich. It was good, dry but flavorful.
I went in there to use the ATM within seconds I walked out to the other store I checked to see where my phone was and realized i misplaced it so i retrace my steps went back to ask the employee at register if she seen my phone in the the McDonald’s i might of left it by the atm she said no she aint see my phone but the whole time the employees had my phone because at the same time I had someone calling they is dead wrong and I feel discriminated feel like they had no right to be playing with someone belongings and I came right back in ask for my phone so what yall was tryna look through my phone I don’t get it
My podiatrist is right across the street. Stopped for two McDoubles.
Food was excellent. Only one register open, but service was fast.
Maybe execute the piece of homeless, crackhead garbage that holds the door and expects change.
Hopefully the NYPD will find an excuse to blow his brains out.
Other than that, very good.
I ordered value menu and asked to add drink for $1 which was advertised on their board. The cashier said the computer is not able to add drink for $1, so he called the manager. This manager called Maria is the rudest person I have encountered. She said the same thing about computer not able to discount the drink. I requested that she can give discount since she is the manager. At this point she shouted at me and said no order for me and asked the cashier not to serve me. Her behavior was racist and McDonald’s should not be hiring such managers. Hope you will take some disciplinary action.
The food took a little bit to come but otherwise just as we would expect from a McDonald’s in a very busy location.
