Awfully slow. Wouldn’t expect it to take over 45 minutes! in the drive thru at 245 in the morning for a couple of burgers. This is what “fast food” has come to. Skeleton crews to make the CEOs every single penny they can. I could have went to the store and made my own at home instead of waiting in a line with 2 cars.
Lol! After getting home. Instead of 2 burgers, a 10 piece with 2 BBQ…I got 3 chicken sandwich things, 2 ranch, 2 buffalo. At least they got the 10 piece for my husband right. Ridiculous.
Food ok staff ok but the people in there are not lots of teens who are loud and take up a lot of space and the staff does nothing about it. Not a good place to stop if you have kids cause they would hear or see something inappropriate and not from the staff but the customer.
Highly do not recommend I went there in my sandwich was still raw and cold actually pink in the inside and the sad thing about it is I had to go to bed hungry because it was already late. I am very disappointed. I called the store all night. No one answered the phone for me. This is ridiculous. I got sick To my stomach, and I instantly threw up. One bite and I was done🤦🏾♀️ Close this place down ASAP
There is no zero stars. Horrible customer service! Horrible! I had to do work on the neighborhood. I came by in the morning and they didn’t even come to the drive thru. I tried to go back in the afternoon only for RUDE service. Skip this location.
The restaurant appeared to be closed because the chairs were on top of the tables…
AND
the message from the restaurant in the Uber app says go to the pickup window.
I’m in the drive thru for over 20 minutes and they will not give me the food for my customer.
I’m not able to move my car around because the was the driveway is set up.
I asked for them to make an exception because I waited so long in the drive thru line and they said 3 times I have to come into the restaurant.
This is not good customer service!
