I placed an order at 9:31pm for counter pickup. At roughly 9:50pm I made my way to the door. The sign said dining room open until 11pm, but the door was locked. I parked in a curbside spot and tried calling a dozen or so times without any answer. Finally I walked up to the drive-thru to ask if my order could be brought out. She yelled back that she wouldnt talk to me unless I drove up. I responded that the line was really long and Id already ordered. She ignored me, so I had no choice but to get into line. Some 20 minutes later I reach the window. It takes forever for her to finally come back and tell me I’ll have to order again because they don’t have it. I show here my app confirm, as well as the pending charge to my bank card, and insist that I’m not paying again. She goes to get the manager. The conversation goes the same way, except that she looks and communicates as if she was just released from prison, complete with neck tattoos and high-rolled sleeves. Again I show her two forms of order confirmation. Again I’m told to order again. I ask why she won’t do what a manager should by letting me leave with my food without further inconvenience then figure out what went wrong later. She says because I probably made those screenshots just to get free food. I was about to show her the screens were live and not photos. It hit me just then that I’d spent an hour of my life trying to resolve an issue that amounted to less than $10 worth of food. I just drove off. As I pulled away I could see and hear her leaning out the window and yelling obscenities at me. I placed another order for the location off the highway and picked it up without issue. Luckily I have no plans to ever travel through Amsterdam ever again.
my experience was horrible. i finished my basketball game after a win and we stopped at mcdonalds to get some food. i was one of the first people to order. and i had to wait 30 minutes to get my food. and people ordered after me got their food before i did. when i finally got my food they ended up not giving me my fries. i then said your forgot my fries. i had gotten two meals and they gave me one fry. but all of my team was already on the bus so i decided not to complain again because it was already 8 pm. i spent $25 and didn’t get my food right. to top it off the food tasted horrible
They made this drive thru double lanes the worst mistake now you wait in lane for 15 minutes and they don’t take you in order whoever or whatever lane they please I see so many cars get out of the lane and leave and customer service is the worst. There used to be two white managers there was order and fast service now Hispanic people and mangers its like chickens clacking to busy talking instead of taking care of customers. I went for a pickup outside waited at my number 4 for 25 minutes I kid you not with 2 young kids I was watching I had to get out of the car go inside and get my order and still wait for my order. There was an Uber guy waiting he was disgusted. WORST SERVICE EVER STAY AWAY!!!!!
Me and my dad pulled into the second drive thru and sat there for about 10 minutes. The lady asked what we wanted then switched back to the other drive thru. We decided to park and go inside except we sat inside for 2 hours waiting for the food. They were extremely slow workers and they didn’t ask us anything other than for when we walked in. There were more than 6 flies around the whole place. In the back there was more and they started landing on the customers inside including me. It was absolutely disgusting.
We went through the drive thru so I can’t attest to the atmosphere. And I gave the food a 3 because I am not a fan of fast food. I purchased a Happy Meal for my granddaughter.
