This is a high quality McDonald’s. The place was very clean and was even being cleaned as I was there. The staff were super nice and helpful asking questions about our order. The food tasted on par with most McDonald’s, so no complaints from me.
One of the best meals from any fast food place ever. Exceptionally clean, at noon nothing on the tables or floors, place was spotless. Got my orders Pronto, exactly how I ordered my lunch. I called out the manager to remark how great the staff maintained the restaurant, he brought out the staff for me to tell them. The Ballston Spa McDonald’s really hits the spot, even better than some restaurants.
Has anyone had a good experience here ever? Not sure why I even try . I figured at 10:40 lunch food would be fresh. Waited while 3 cars pulled up ordered and pulled away on second drive through and no one acknowledged me until I said hello thinking my speaker was broken. The employee acted like I was such an inconvenience. I ordered 2 cheeseburger happy meals. I got two cold hamburgers and cold fries. Not even pickles or onion on the burger. Definitely not my first bad experience here but it will be my last. This place is awful
This completely undrank “macchiato” it’s Carmel milk I even asked for a extra shot of espresso because I am aware they are on the sweeter side. the espresso was TAN I’ve gotten many of these before. The espresso is always dark and it had ESPRESSO BEANS IN THE DRINK I had him remake it twice and he just kept telling me that’s what it looks like. It is in fact not how it looks and I asked if it may be broken. And the attitude was just insane. I’ve worked many fast food jobs if you don’t like your job to the point you treat customers like garbage get a different one. I wasn’t rude I just wanted what I ordered.
The employees ignored me when I walked in, although one had time to throw several pieces of trash at her coworkers while I waited for acknowledgement.
Additionally, I witnessed an employee touching “ready-to-eat” food with their bare hand.
Maybe avoid this location.
