    I don’t normally leave bad reviews but I’ve been to this taco bell several times now and not once is my order right but this time I pretty much got empty taco shells. Ordered two chipotle chicken burritos and one only had some sauce and one piece of chicken in it. My soft taco had only cheese in it and my baha cheesy gordita crunch had cheese with a small amount of beef. Ordered two small freeze drinks 75% full after waiting 20 minutes for it.

    The most bizarre experience ever. Me, a GrubHub driver, two guys that got done working were waiting for our food for over 20 minutes (my order was at 45 minutes before I received it, missing 2-3 items).

    What made it bizarre? No one would talk or even greet anyone.

    We would ask questions and not get answers, we were nice about it and even joking with the employees because we felt bad for them, because it’s evident the franchise owner doesn’t care.

    The taco bell app is littered with issues and I’ve been waiting a week to find out if there’s a “no conversing with paying customers” policy at this location.

    As mentioned – I’ll volunteer my services to help train the staff. It’s been decades since I’ve worked in retail/food services (it’s a tough job, but talking is key), but I’d be more than happy to assist.

    Food was made correctly as per changes made to me being vegetarian. Service was quick and employee pleasant. The only mistake which was no big deal was pop had light ice, not no ice. The price for fast food is getting to high but that is a corporate thing.
    Edit. I misspoke 2 weeks ago once I got to the crunch wrap it had no rice in it. I called the restaurant and explained and he apologized and issued me a credit as I did not have time to go back for new. I felt this fair and let’s face it sometimes mistakes are made. Today I went back to use credit. Very friendly again but I get the crunch wrap home to put Naco cheese and taco sauce in it I didn’t get the Taco sauce I asked for which in itself is not a big deal but I can’t find rice. So I call back and I explain and ask what the deal is there about rice? FYI is a$0.75 cent upcharge as a substitute. I finally find the rice after scraping to the bottom outer layer of wrap and there is about a quarter teaspoon at best. Not acceptable considering the uncharged to cover food cost. Again apologized but told them I simply won’t go back there again. Taco bell you used to be good.

    Long wait in drive thru, missing items from order. Went inside to get missing items and the girl asked for my name and put it into the system then walked away. Creating another long, long wait. Pitiful amount of nacho fries. Asked for burritos to be grilled extra and they were not grilled. Asked for fire sauce and revived 20+ packets of sauce for 5 items. One star for the one correct item in my bag.

    I just went through the drive thru and was told “please hold I will be with you when I can”. So I waited patiently for 10 minutes until every car in front of me had left the drive thru. Finally I said “hello?” “Can I order??” And the same idiot who told me to wait earlier says “oh I didn’t hear you pull up”. Yeah, of course, because you told me to wait and order 1/4 hour ago. Incompetent, or high on drugs. What a deplorable, pathetic staff at this Taco Bell.

    Additional 0 star review. The restaurant closed before 10pm on a Saturday due to low staffing. Pay a livable wage to your staff.

    Employees not trained correctly falls on owner. Portion of food all over the place employees on cell phones and many standing around. One soft taco over flowing another missing lettuce. No pride no training awful experience. Just went there 753 pm. Dining room closed. Drive thru open. Had trailer so could not go. Called said short staff. Just close the doors permanently here again closed early again wow maybe the owner should go work and stay there pen
