I’m not one to write reviews but I’m done with this place.
The order is always wrong! We paid extra for cheese its not there, they gave us quinoa instead of brown rice, the fries are completely wet and soggy ( u can’t tell from the photo but u can see the condensation from the soaking wet fries) the food seems to just be thrown together quick, it’s bland, and if u call they don’t really seem to care. They said if u don’t want ur fries to be wet and soggy u gotta ask for them to be put in a plastic container instead of their standard box (so they seem to be aware of the problem) There’s more examples but I’m done with this location. If u order from this location I’ll bet more times than not when u get home something will be wrong or missing.
Love this place, Acai bowls for the win the girl up front is very nice always happy with a smile, also the food is very good healthy and for the amount of food they give great prices for healthy food all the staff members are very respectful they should start closing more later i always come after work for my bowls and the shake are amazing 🤩 I just love everything about this places and the staff makes it ten times better if you are looking for a healthy restaurant and to be treated with respect this is the place to come to. I been coming here for about 4 years and I will never have a complain about them and the store

I’ve tried ordering via phone a couple times and get no answer. So my wife and I went into the store to order in person since no one answers and tried ordering a quesadilla. The worker told us that the kitchen was closed because it was cleaned so they could not make our order. If it was 15 minutes before closing time I would understand, but it was 8:20 pm! The worker told us that the kitchen closes at 8:20. Hours online say they close at 9pm. If you’re going to close the kitchen at 8:20 please specify online. Won’t be coming back to this location( I love the food btw and usually don’t have issues at the garden city location)
I went couple times to pick order and every time is wasting my time because they people working in this place they don’t care about orders or the customers they really nasty and they just playing around I hope people understand that this place is not good to order or visit this place until they have a good staff and good service not recommended for nobody in that area
