Very good authentic Indian food. Loved the food. The guy was generous as we walk in it was their lunch and clean time. He let us in either ways. Great place for a family to visit and eat.

    A Flavorful Journey at Raagini:
    🇮🇳🥘
    Exploring Indian Delicacies in Baldwin

Embarking on a culinary escapade at Raagini in Baldwin proved to be a treat for our taste buds.

✨️The Chicken Tikka, a masterpiece of barbecue, featured tender chicken pieces marinated in a delightful blend of spices.

✨️The Chili Paneer delighted with homemade cheese cubes and sautéed onions, offering a perfect balance of textures and flavors.

✨️We then dove into the Samosas Chaat, a twist on street food classics, where crispy samosas met a symphony of chutneys, yogurt, and sev.

✨️To complement our meal, we savored the famous Poori bread – light, fluffy, and fried to golden perfection.

🌶Noteworthy is the misconception about Indian dishes being uniformly spicy. In reality, it’s the expert use of spices that creates a harmonious flavor blend.

India’s culinary palette extends beyond just spice, with a rich tapestry of vegetarian delights that captivate the senses.

At Raagini, the diversity of Indian cuisine comes alive, promising not just a meal but a memorable journey through a spectrum of tastes. It’s an experience that beckons you back for more, ensuring each visit is a celebration of India’s culinary excellence.

Chicken Tikka masala delivered, tough cubes of chicken only able to use the sauce, waste of $18.99 very disappointing. Butter chicken was good. Rice was good.

The best Indian food in the area! The aloo saag and aloo jeera are my favorite! And that butter chicken sauce? To die for! Family owned restaurant with a great owner and service. Food comes out so quickly!

This is the finest Indian food on the south shore. Unpretentious and easy to miss, Raagini is the real deal. I have traveled India extensively, the food here is fresh and authentic. And the service is everything a discerning diner demands.
Don’t be fooled or disuaded by the location. If you want the best, disregard the rest.
