I’m always seeking out late night randomness. Recently saw a video from Julian of @mubereats and he did NOT lie….this cart is AMAZING!

Took a smelly Lyft to get over here and as soon as I stepped out of the car I was immediately intoxicated by the lovely smells of this halal cart…little did I know I was about to follow the exact directions on their branded bags and on their cart:

Smell it. See it. Eat it!

    I did all the things!

Tried the combo with half spicy rice and half yellow rice and also the kofta. Got the white sauce, hot sauce, and the green sauce. Sauce combo right here is everything!!!

The cube falafel and the cut up pita rounded out the meal for the evening!

My brother said it best…the seasonings were so on point we could taste their heritage! So flavorful and so delicious! Loved the included veggies also…cucumber and green olives make for a fun texture and extra yumminess.

    Will definitely come visit again!

This is quite a unique halal food cart. They use different types of spices and ingredients to add their own twist to the halal food cart scene. I ordered the chicken platter with white sauce and hot sauce. The meat was very flavorful and delicious! The spicy rice is also very good, especially when added with the sauces. They pack a lot of food into the container. More than enough for what seems like an entire day worth of food or almost enough to split between two people. The service was great, the staff very friendly and responsive. The price was great for how much food you get.

Their koftas and gyro are amazing. A different distinct taste and flavor. Love their green and tahini sauce . The salad is not just lettuce, but olive, cucumber and tomatoes also.

When I say this is the best Halal food I have ever had, I left my plate empty. I had a mixed combo of chicken and lamb over salad with a little spicy rice. It was delicious and worth it. The seasoning is on point, Great flavor. The customer service was excellent as well. I highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way!! Matter fact, they deserve more than five star 🌟

“Eat It” Halal Cart is an absolute gem in the bustling food scene of NYC. Amidst the myriad of overhyped carts, this small, modest cart stands out with its unique and delicious offerings. The food is incredibly clean and flavorful, a testament to the dedication of its owner, who is often there late into the night ensuring everything is perfect.

The kofta, in particular, boasts a unique flavor that you won’t find anywhere else. Every bite is a delightful experience, bursting with well-balanced spices and perfectly cooked meat. It’s rare to find such high-quality, mouth-watering halal food in the city, especially late at night.

What truly sets “Eat It” apart is the owner’s commitment to his craft. He takes real ownership of the quality of the food and goes the extra mile to interact with his customers, making every visit feel special. His friendliness and genuine passion for what he does shine through, adding a personal touch to an already exceptional culinary experience.

If you’re looking for a late-night food spot with unique tastes and top-notch quality, “Eat It” Halal Cart is the place to go. This hidden gem is not to be missed!”
