Horrible food. Horrible waitress. Weak drinks.
It took 40 minutes to get our cheesy garlic bread appetizer, which came out overcooked (see pic).
I asked for a vodka cranberry, which was literally just cranberry juice (see pic).
I asked the waitress how thick the eggplant slices are. She said, “I never used a ruler to measure it.” in a nasty tone. When I said I never asked her to, she replied with, “It was sarcasm.”
Two of us got the Carol’s Creation, which supposedly was an award winner, but it was tasteless and inedible.
My cheese tortellini was equal to something you could make from tortellini and sauce from the dollar store.
The dinner salads had literally one piece of tomato and one slice of cucumber each.
I have given this place multiple second chances, but after today’s experience, I would not recommend this place nor go back.

ayce spaghetti was decent price, 11.50 for salad, bread, spaghetti with 1 meatball. You only get 1 meatball with the first plate, and the refills are only noodles and sauce. They use thin spaghetti, and sauce is on the sweet side. We ordered off the menu board and didn’t check menus, so when offered a choice of dressing, we picked blue cheese. Had we known they charge 75 cents ea for blue cheese, we’d have gotten one of the other 11 salad dressings. When I asked the server about it, she said, “It says it on the menu,” So make sure you read the menu for extra charges, as they won’t tell you about upcharges when you just order off the specials board. I asked for more sauce as my pasta was dry, and she brought a large serving of sauce, no charge. The bread and 1 meatball were the best parts of the meal. The meal was good for the price, I’d not have paid more as don’t feel taste was worth more.

If you’re considering ordering the veggie pizza here, be aware that it comes with unconventional toppings like broccoli and carrots. If that suits your taste, great! However, if you prefer more traditional vegetable toppings such as bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and olives, be sure to specify your preferences clearly when ordering. I learned this the hard way when I called to inquire about the pizza. The associate I spoke with agreed that these toppings were unexpected for a veggie pizza but had to transfer me to the manager. Upon speaking with him, he immediately took a confrontational tone, questioning my expectations and implying I should have been more specific. Despite my explanation that I hadn’t seen broccoli and carrots listed on the website menu, he insisted that those were indeed the listed toppings. He even condescendingly remarked, “I wrote the menu, I should know.” When I visited the restaurant with the menu from their website, he begrudgingly acknowledged the discrepancy and prepared a new pizza with the toppings I requested. However, his initial aggression and refusal to accept feedback left me feeling unsettled. It’s concerning that a restaurant manager would react so defensively to a customer’s reasonable request for clarification on menu items. In any business, but particularly in the hospitality industry, it’s essential to prioritize respectful and constructive communication with customers.

We witnessed an employee berate an elderly gentleman who was having difficulty transferring his food to a takeout container. She at first told him she wasn’t allowed to assist him, then roughly grabbed it from him, throwing the food in aggressively as she loudly told him to plan on doing it himself next time. Both sad and awkward for everyone witnessing this.
Conversely, our server was gracious and professional.

Went to Sorrentino’s for lunch. Food and service were both top notch. We ate on the patio and the traffic and noise were a bit of an issue. Kind of expected because it is Main st. In Williamsville.
