The food at Wasabi is consistently good. The service is also good. And the prices are quite reasonable. The atmosphere inside is good too, if you want to eat in. I’ve tried several different items here and have been very pleased. The spicy mango shrimp is especially good. I will say that the pad Thai, although decent, could use some improvement. But, then again, this isn’t a Thai restaurant. As far as sushi, they have a nice variety here, so something for everyone.
This is my favorite sushi place in Buffalo. I’m very impressed with the quality and freshness of the food. Everything tastes super delicious and the quality is always consistent any time we visit this restaurant. The atmosphere of this place is very cozy and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy delicious Japanese dining experience.
They have some of the freshest fish in buffalo. The Scottish salmon is my favorite -it’s buttery and full of flavor. My go to Japanese/sushi spot in the area.
The sushi here was amazing, the rice was soft, the nigiri was excellent, everything was perfect! The ginger dressing on the salad was something I had never tasted before and was so delicious that I bought some to take home as a souvenir. It is a six-hour drive, but I would like to go back again.
We came here on a Friday night and it was busy, but we got seated right away. I ordered the sashimi dinner and my partner ordered the tonkatsu.
Both dinners came with a choice of soup or salad and I choose the salad with mine. The dressing was delicious and the vegetables were fresh. It also came with a bowl of white rice.
The sashimi dinner was very fresh and the pieces of fish were generous. It was delicious and well worth the price. I was super full from my dinner by the end of the meal.
