First visit, just ordered. While Waiting starting a review. Decor is full of authentic merchandise. Lively colors but not overly done. Big winfowd, lots of natural light. Light music, good vibe. Mix patrons. Decent size for big parties or small groups. Midday sunday, one person serving and four tables with patrons. Seems they have pickups and deliveries going on.
Food arrived. Delicious flavor. Good portion. Side salad was tasty, not boring. Fruit drink yummy. Only thing is one lady servicing the bar, the floor. A lot to do for one person. She said noone wants to work. See again there is work but people just don’t.
Ill be back. Nice find.
Absolutely delicious! Delightfully surprised by how flavorful every single dish was. The steak was delicious, guacamole- amazing, frijoles exceptional, and everything in between was amazing.
Fake flowers ehhhhh
The last time we were there, was a different restaurant, under different name.
This one’s decor is pleasant. One lady serves the room. I’ve a partial view of the one monitor that’s on, I ask her to change to US Open which she did. Although I’ve full view of the other two monitors but she didn’t offer to turn either of them on. I would have stayed longer with more drinks.
Food: big portion but yummy. The green sauce is devious.
This place has the best NYC sprawling platter. I travel from Connecticut to NYC just to eat a platter, my family is very happy to go there. I’ve been there many times.
As Spanish restaurants go, I’ve been a fan of mi casa ever since it’s opened on S middle neck rd. It’s great neck, so don’t expect parking to be the best. But the food is great, well seasoned. The empanadas are incredible and I go there every single time for it! Don’t skimp on the sauce! It’s got a little kick but adds so much flavor too!! The steak and rice were seasoned and generous portions with reasonable prices for the portion size. I believe it’s family run, because I see the same faces every time. Definitely happy to support their business.
