We really enjoyed our dinner here at Almaza.
Service was fantastic and the food! Oh the food was delicious — not one thing left on our plates.
We were so full that only one of us could handle dessert. The dessert was also good. The iced teas deserve an honorable mention because I could drink it all day.
Definitely will be back!
Just tried this place and wow, the owner really knows their stuff about food allergies. He was super helpful in guiding me through the menu to pick out dishes that worked for me. And the food? Super fresh and crazy delicious. It felt like they put a lot of thought and care into every bite. Definitely a spot I’d recommend, especially if you’re looking for tasty and healthy food.
We absolutely LOVED our dinner here! Food is authentic, fresh and made to order! We shared the vegetarian platter(falafel, hummus, baba,grape leaves & tabbouleh)! YUM! My mom also ordered the 1/4 chicken dinner (white meat)w/two sides(basamati rice & tabbouleh again bc we LOVE it). Finished our dining experience with to go desserts..assorted baklava! You won’t be disappointed! If you love lebanese food I highly recommend you check them out! Lots of VEGAN options too for those looking to add restaurants to their dining experience!
Amazing food I truly enjoyed. I never had Lebanon food ever before I would rate this place five out of five. I would love to try rotisserie chicken next time I didn’t get to try that right now, I had chicken Shawarma and falafel and they were amazing. Falafel was crispy the way I like. .
I had great expectations when I read the reviews and drove a long way to get here on Sunday, May 20, 2024.
However, the rotisserie chicken we were served was fridge cold to the touch. It was reheated and served to us and didn’t feel fresh and was very dry. I had to return the chicken and get it reheated.
The shish tawook as well was very dry and lacked flavour.
The garlic sauce was very liquidy and disappointing.
I regret visiting this restaurant and spending my money here. I suggested this restaurant to my wife and I felt like an idiot when the food turned out to be so disappointing.
The owner or server didn’t apologize for the cold rotisserie chicken and did nothing to make our experience better.
Avoid.
