Love the atmosphere, food, drinks and staff! Everytime I’ve come here the wait staff has been wonderful, drinks have never disappointed, sangria’s are delicious, so are the mimosa’s. Try their french toast for breakfast or their hibachi taco! Go see my girl Katie!

Pretty low key place nice outside seating with large tent. Our waitress was amazing and helped us choose our tacos for taco Tuesday 😂 During our dinner someone with the restaurant kept messing with the music system and the speakers outside kept going down in volume and then would make a loud screeching sound. It made our dinner uncomfortable and my ears were hurting Everytime after the screech… This happened 3 times to many.

I stop in Papi Grandes from time to time. I recently wanted to share my experience about a wonderful bar tender that goes by the name crazy Amy. The craziest thing about her is how great she is at her job. She was the only bar tender behind the bar and balanced enough time to attend to everyone’s needs; including bar and tables. Crazy Amy is very personal, inviting, and spewing with personality. The kind that will keep you coming back!
The food here isn’t the most authentic Mexican food on the block but there’s no denying that it’s delicious 🍽️

Last night came out for the live music and it was such a great time. The food was delicious and made with love and the staff was all so friendly and kind. But I really was impressed by the manager Katrina. I watched her move from both inside and outside checking on tables and helping her staff anyway she could. But what I really wanted to point out was one of the staff was leaving for the night and Katrina thanked them for all their hard work. Managers like Katrina I don’t see often at restaurants and I surely don’t ever hear them recognizing their staff. Will definitely be back again. Thank you Katrina and staff for making my Saturday night out enjoyable !

My friends and I visited for lunch and found the staff to be welcoming and attentive. For appetizers, we tried the dips (chips, salsa, and guacamole) and the Birria egg rolls. While the dips were good, we found the Birria egg rolls to be overly salted and lacking authentic seasoning.
For the main course, I had the South of the Border Cobb Salad, which was quite good. My friend enjoyed her Taco Salad, but the quesadillas received mixed reviews due to the use of ground beef instead of traditionally chopped beef.
The restaurant itself is clean and nicely decorated with Spanish motifs. However, the ambiance was disrupted by country music, which didn’t match the theme. As someone from NYC with extensive experience in Mexican and Spanish cuisine, I found the dishes here to be too Americanized. While the restaurant has room for improvement, it could be worth a visit if you’re in the area. They also seem to have live music on weekends, which could be a plus for some.
