I went there for dinner with my wife. I got there around 5:30PM.The service was extremely fast and the food was good. The cleanliness of the restaurant was awful. ALL of the tables and counters needed to be wiped down as they ALL had remnants of past diners leaving crumbs and food pieces on them. There were 3 napkin holders and All of them were empty. I had to go to the cashier and ask for napkins. Also all of the knife / spoon / fork holders were just about empty. The 4 garbage cans to throw away the trash were loaded to capacity and needed to be emptied. They really should have had one of the staff address the issues in the dining area. Nobody was addressing them. The food quality was your standard Chipotle quality, which was good. The restaurant cleanliness was definitely sub par. I would not go back to this particular Chipotle again.
Workers make me feel like I’m asking food for free! If they know the customer “friends in other words” they would fill up their bowl to the max!
Too frustrated, and I would never come back to this branch again
Chipotle is falling behind and failing the consumer. Portions are small for more money, they do not give the appropriate portions, unless you stand by the glass and ask for more. This location won’t allow double meat most of the time I go. Hope the boycotts start working for these companies to get their acts right
We need to all wake up and stop buying from fast food until they treat consumers, hardworking tax paying citizens, with respect. This is my last time buying from Chipotle.
I was picking up a chips and Queso order for my girlfriend. I waited 20 minutes past the expected time for my order and all I was given was a bag with Queso in it. I let them know the chips were missing and they snapped back at me that they were out of chips and weren’t going to make any more and that I would have to request a refund through the app. this was well over an hour before closing and they were sending away new customers and done making new foods. Desperately needs new management
I work not too far from this Chipotle, so I’ve stopped in to eat or pick up lunch probably a couple dozen times just because it’s convenient. It’s not a good representative of the franchise. Lines are sometimes long because they get bottlenecked at the service counter; it’s not particularly clean; and as other have noted, they can be _extremely_ stingy with portions. (Here’s your one spoonful of chicken, which I carefully shook half out of before adding to your plate …)
