This is easily the worst chipotle in the area. I work at the near by hospital, and I don’t think they’ve gotten my order 100% a single time in the roughly 10 times I’ve ordered from here. They gave me the completely wrong burrito, so I went to their website to request a refund, and they gave me a coupon for a free fountain soda. I won’t be coming back here, and I highly recommend Albany Med employees with limited time for lunch go anywhere else, and people who aren’t on shift at AMC make the 5 minute drive to the one in Stuyvesant Plaza.
This used to be a terrific spot to eat up until recently when they hired some very aggressive and hostile black women who serve the food and have very nasty attitudes and skimp on food. We got ripped off today on portions, the guac was rotten and they over charged and under fed us. I used to love eating here and may wait until they clean up their act.
Something weird must be going on because I never used to have issues with this location. Today I ordered delivery and even though the sticker says my correct order, they gave me the wrong drink, wrapped up my quesadilla in tin foil instead of the proper tray they use for them, left the cheese and veggies off the quesadilla and didn’t cut it. They also left out one of my 3 sides completely but put the 2 sides they did give me inside of plastic sauce cups and they don’t look right. The cilantro inside of the rice looks rancid. If you try to call them they send the call to the generic customer service line rather than picking up the phone at their location so I can’t even speak to them and ask what happened. Judging by other recent reviews it would be best to avoid this location.
Just stopped by here for lunch as we head back home. Service was amazing. Got good portions as well. Location was clean and the crew were lively!
We ordered before they closed through DoorDash. There’s nothing in it and Looks messy. I get you were about to close and sorry that we still ordered late, but the food quality is not acceptable. Fortunately. Was able to get a full refund through door dash. I guess they’ll lose their business if they keep doing this
