    This chipotle always infuriates me. If you order online they don’t give you extra nothing even when you pay for it so what’s the point. Then I started going in, the line is always so long while the people behind the counter are either annoyed you even came or just taking their time. I only ever encountered one woman who was so kind behind the counter. Tonight I go in and for the second time they tell me no steak. This made no sense to be personally because they just put out new meat across the board and new rice, but no steak?? They don’t close for another 2 hours. The first time I came they had steak and told me I couldn’t have it because it’s for an online order. Then why is it even on the line?? Chipotle has really gone down hill and it’s sad, but honestly there are many other options. Just posting this to tell you don’t even waste your time, go elsewhere.

    1st time here my daughter begged to go. The line was very long place was busy and didn’t seem like they had enough staff to clean up the table of people who left and the garbage area. BUT the food was good better than expected, service was good and line moved quickly.

    Placed a pick up order. Order was getting prepped when I reached. Person forgot to add guac to my bowl and wrapped it up, I reminded him and the person behind handling the cash register gave me attitude. Like I’m paying for my food, I politely asked him about the guac. That chubby guy is lucky I didn’t sock him in the face right there. Terrible, terrible staff.

    Portions were good but found a strand of straight black hair while my hair is curly and brown. Then I felt nauseous then attempted to finish eating and found another straight black strand of hair and felt nauseous again. I ended up having to throw away my entire bowl and wasted $18, not coming back very disgusted.

    We actually accidentally ordered our pick up order from the wrong location. We re-ordered our food here and then called their customer support team. The process was so quick and easy for them to cancel the order we accidentally placed, and start the process for the refund. They said 3-5 business days. Only took 3 days. Food was delicious, chips were a little overcooked. Very satisfied!
