I just ordered the chicken Parm special and we were all so disappointed. It was cheap watery sauce with no taste no seasoning just straight from the can. The garlic knots were kind of burnt which made them hard. It was a terrible meal overall. I usually order from Novino but wanted to try something different to see if we can build a relationship with a different pizza place but I would never ever order this again. This is the third time they’ve disappointed us. I’m not sure what’s happening here.
The new management was doing great in the beginning of taking over, they were using great mozzarella cheese and now the pizza is just blah, hardlyno cheese and no sauce!
Their Meatball Parm is perfect 👌 hopefully that won’t change.
I get this pizza delivered. It is always delicious, with a great balance of cheese and sauce. The person I order from is attentive to my requests, and my delivery which they themselves do, always comes earlier than they say. Plus each time the person delivering does a great job. Simply a great pizza and a very reasonable price. I have never had a problem, but I am certain they would fix any error swiftly.
Pizza is Ok. I went in to get an Italian combo for lunch. I expected to spend maybe $10-12. They charged me nearly 15 and were very stingy on the meat, tomato and cheese. Sandwich was badly seasoned for an Italian Combo, just tasted bla -no flavor. I will never go back again.
From CT and can say this pie is one of the best around! Worth the drive every time! If you havnt been you need to go and grab a slice!
