I ordered a large pizza and paid for extra toppings (extra cheese, pepperoni, onions). Got home, and no pepperoni. Called, explained, they said we will make you another, come get it. I get there, the guy behind the counter tells me with an attitude, “the next time, you have to bring the pizza back”. One: okay, you should have said something when I called. Two: the next time??? Sounds to me like messing up orders so paying customers have to make extra trips or pay for items not received are more the norm than a once in a while occurrence. Definitely not spending my money at this chain again after that incident.
Been a customer for years… just called to order a Tuesday special pizza deal… was told only could get if I had the store card… Way to lose business Crosby’s. I do not need or want another stupid shoppers card… Disappointed. BYE
Busy, and the only cashier spent more time chatting in the back with the cooks. We ordered ahead and were half an hour late, then after about 10mins in line I was told they were just getting to our order and it’d ve another 20 mins, bringing to an hour past when they said to pick it up. I realize they were busy but as a woman said, hire people. The kid at cash register told me the time they tell is an estimate, but im sorry an hour past the given estimate is not an estimate at all. All could be avoided with more staff, and more preparation for their two pizza deal days.
Nice store. Everything is stocked and ready to go. Sounds like y’all have a nice team working here. No problems at the gas pump. Service is quick. The pizza is hot and ready and pretty good for it not being a pizzeria. Breakfast stuff is pretty good I hear
Nice employees. Great food. Just don’t buy anything from here. Boss put in new parking lot and raised prices to make up for it. 2 slices of pizza now cost almost the same as a whole pizza. Gas went from $4 a gallon to $6 a gallon when no where else in town is remotely close to that price. And the boss treats her employees very poorly. Only works them 4 hours a day and makes a handful of employees do not get a single day off. I heard that one of the employees went at least a month straight without having a single day off. It wasn’t by their choice. They were told they will be fired if they decline a call in. So the boss’s way to fix the issue of calling workers in is to not schedule a day off for her workers. Did I forget to mention that the boss is abusive and that if it’s a slow day due to being over staffed that the boss will take a pile of freshly cleaned dishes and throw them back in the sink and tell the worker to wash them again for something to do. There is plenty more things I could add to this rant, but I feel enough has been said to prove my point.
