I went to Cusato’s the other day as i was craving some New York style pizza, and I was just blown away! The employees are very nice, they make you feel at home. I ordered a large Chicken Parm pizza and it was amazing. There are plenty of big tv’s to watch while you enjoy your nice crispy slice of pizza. Would recommend anyone in Ballston spa to come check this place out!

Once again I place an order for a meat lovers. The last delivery arrived cold and left in the path of dripping water from the roof. I sent a message asking to change the time of the delivery I pre-made to avoid this but it was disregarded. So now I get a regular cheese pie when again I ordered a meat lover which shows right on my order. Again it arrived cold they hide behind GrubHub so they don’t have to be held accountable for the lack of attention to details and in order to get a refund you have to go through Grubhub. No more the pizza is disgusting and wings barely cooked, but at least they were hot. The driver basically said I’m the middle man not my problem.

Roaches!! Pizza came with what appears to be a roach. Disgusting. This is what you get for $6.99 worth of french fries. Fried mushrooms are poison. Avoid this at all costs. Reporting to DOH

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Cusato’s, and let me tell you, it was an experience that left me utterly speechless. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality that instantly made me feel like part of their family.

Now, let’s get down to the real star of the show – their New York-style pizza. Oh my, where do I even begin? I opted for the large Chicken Parm pizza, and it was a gastronomic masterpiece. The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside, while maintaining a delightful chewiness on the inside. The sauce was tangy and full of flavor, and the cheese? Oh, the cheese! It was generously layered and melted to perfection, creating a gooey, melty goodness that had me swooning with each bite. And let’s not forget about the succulent chunks of chicken, perfectly seasoned and tender, adding an extra layer of savory bliss to this culinary delight.

But it doesn’t stop there. Cusato’s knows how to create an atmosphere that enhances your dining experience. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, with plenty of seating options to accommodate both intimate gatherings and larger groups. The staff’s attentiveness and genuine care for their customers are unparalleled, making you feel like an honored guest in their own home.

To top it all off, the presence of large TVs strategically placed around the pizzeria ensures that you won’t miss a single moment of your favorite game or show while savoring each mouthwatering slice.

In conclusion, if you find yourself in Ballston Spa, Cusato’s is an absolute must-visit destination for pizza aficionados and food lovers alike. The combination of their warm hospitality, outstanding New York-style pizza, and an inviting atmosphere creates an experience that will leave you craving for more. Trust me, once you’ve experienced Cusato’s, you’ll never settle for anything less than pizza perfection.

We ordered the Grandma’s pan pizza and Honey teriyaki chicken wings. Probably one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had and the wings were cooked perfectly. Crispy not soggy. This is the first time we’ve tried Cusatos pizzeria but it won’t be the last!
