What a find in Albany, NY. So happy I got to try this spot out. First off, the interior was very unique and unlike most Italian restaurants. It just felt authentic and overall original.
The garlic bread was completely different than any other bread I have eaten at an Italian restaurant and the garlic butter made a huge difference as well. The food here was just GREAT! It felt like it was the recipe of someone’s grandmother and they continued the tradition into their restaurant.
I honestly wish I could have eaten more of the food here and tried other things. But it was extremely satisfying.
Can’t think of one negative about this place. If you are visiting the area, definitely check this place out if you are looking for a REAL Italian meal.
What a lovely place! The food was amazing, but definitely could have just picked one entree to share.
I don’t do wines, but felt like I needed to have a glass. The AMAZING server helped me figure it out. The tiramisu was phenomenal, next time I think we’d get one entree and two desserts 🤣
We celebrated our son’s college graduation here. There were alot of other graduates here. Nonetheless, our server was fabulous. My son loved his Chicken Riggies and Cheesy Garlic Bread. My linguine in white clam sauce was fantastic. They gave him a cannoli on the house and I had the amaretto cheesecake was very tasty. Highly recommend.
A staple in the Capital Region. Have had dinner there more times than i can count. The food is traditionally and well prepared and presented. There isn’t an overwhelming number of choices on the menu. Your food also comes quickly. I haven’t encountered a greeter, host/hostess, bartender, or wait staff member that isn’t already 2 steps ahead of you. The staff is genuinely polite and good at their jobs. Highly recommend.

Otherwise I was with a group of 12 and the waitresses crushed it. One of the best dirty martinis I’ve had… Delmonico steak was cooked too literal perfect when I asked for medium rare plus… everyone I was with loved the food and drinks.
