This place honestly needs to shut down. Food is always cold-luke warm, some workers are rude and can willingly use their phones in front of you and couldn’t care less about your order, plenty of socializing, and some don’t properly wear their masks. Definitely overpriced. Get some employees that are actually willing to work!

Beautiful space. I am an Alfred Alumni, visiting for architecture presentations. I lived in Mac South and worked at Exit West. Hear about the recent building alterations and had to visit. Inside was a beautiful wood interior with a fun stair. Lucky students! Enjoy that space! Very jealous!

Service is pretty good here. Ever since they put in the Kiosk though people are stupid and order super slow especially the fat women on campus. Other than that it’s alright.

Pretty good food for a college dining place, although salads and fruit cups can be iffy at times. Very nice atmosphere in the commons, although more seating for 1 or 2 would be nice.

Breakfast could use some work, as it seems order’s aren’t always filled to what the menu says. For instance, the French toast meal came with 8 sticks and a side for a while, all of a sudden went to 4 and a side, and then when orders the sticks as a side so I could get 8 again, it was back to 8 again and now I had 12 sticks. Similar thing with bagel meal, which comes with 2 bagels. Sometimes I’ll only get the one bagel plus the side, or if I order the bagels and a third bagel as a side, I only get two.

It’s really not too big a deal, but I wish there was a bit more consistency

Eh, foods alright. Most of the staff are nice except for one who was a jerk.
