This place is phenomenal. The servings are generous and the taste is delicious. Ordered the meat variety platter that comes with two sides. We had enough food for 5 people, although we could’ve had more people to share the plate with because we even had leftovers. The desserts were wow! They made the donuts fresh. We also ordered a chocolate babka that came out warm and so tasty. I’m not a big dessert person, and these are worth the try. Total for 5 people that shared that meat variety dish, ordered the shared cold appetizer option, and two desserts was about $275 with tip. Only one in the group ordered a soft drink, the rest had tap water. This place gets very busy so call ahead to reserve.

I’ll be honest everything was nice and good except 1 thing. They did give us a free dessert for the review, fine, but tg bc the dessert they gave was not up to par with the rest of the meal. It was not much more than an overdone brownie. Cast a minor shadow over the night tbh. In conclusion, food, service good, dessert, not.

TLDR: I’ve only been for brunch but I now no longer need to trek to the city for an Iraeli-ish cafe. If you like middle eastern food, complimentary dips! Arayas, shakshuka. So good.

I’m not sure how we ended up here but I really like this place. In fact, I find myself craving this pretty often. Typically I’d have to head into the city to get this type of food but now – I can pop over to Great Neck!

I appreciate the massive complimentary bread with the miniature salatim you get. The arayas are awesome. Stuffed pita with kebab that’s been grilled over. Pickled onions, sauce, what’s not to love. I’ve also grown quite fond of the shakshuka with the merguez sausage. It’s spicy, it’s tangy, savory, the eggs with all that sauce are super delicious. The smoked eggplant wasn’t too shabby either.

Seriously – if you’re into this type of cuisine, look no further. Paprika is a solid spot.

We love eating at Paprika. Food is always amazing and new, innovative and delicious food being added to the already amazing menus, like the newly added eggplant carpaccio. The ambiance is always a party. If you are in the neighborhood and looking for a good meal you should definitely try it!

Paprika, the latest addition to the vibrant Great Neck dining scene, offers a delightful culinary journey through the rich history of Israeli and Moroccan cuisine. This gem features a hot coal oven that perfectly grills a variety of meats, offering generous portions that satisfy both the palate and the appetite.

The menu is a celebration of multicultural flavors, with standout dishes like the steak shish kebab bursting with spices and juiciness. The chicken, pan-charred to perfection, is crispy on the outside yet tender and moist inside. The falafel consisted of fresh made bites that rival those found in Israel.

The Babaganoush, a creamy eggplant dip, and an array of side dishes including tabbouleh, hummus, pine nuts, and more, provide a perfect balance to the rich meats. Each dish is crafted with the freshest ingredients and spices, transporting diners straight to the heart of the Middle East.
The lively, upbeat music and bustling social atmosphere make dining at Paprika an experience to remember. Large platters encourage family-style dining, perfect for sharing and enjoying the exceptional tender meats, all made from high-quality beef.

Desserts at Paprika are a revelation, awakening the senses visually and olfactorily. The Malabi, made with coconut milk and pistachio nuts in a rose petal-flavored sauce, is a sensory delight. The molten lava cake, oozing with creamy dark chocolate, soothes the palate, while the warm, homemade baklava, layered with filo, honey, and nuts, offers a perfect finish. Accompanying these sweet treats, the Moroccan tea and Turkish coffee, served in glasses reminiscent of those my Polish grandfather used, come with white sugar cubes, adding a nostalgic touch.

For those seeking a taste of authentic Israeli cuisine in a vibrant setting, Paprika in Great Neck is a must-visit.
