The customer service was fine, but I ordered a bowl and it wasn’t even remotely filled all the way, there was barely any strawberry and I asked for chocolate chips and they gave me cacao nibs. Totally wouldn’t have been a big deal if they were out and just asked me if that was what I wanted on top but I specifically didn’t order the nibs because I just don’t like them. It definitely could’ve been switched out for something else if they just had the courtesy to ask. Additionally I got a smoothie, and it wasn’t even filled all the way. I would expect the bowl to be filled and the smoothie to be filled all the way to the top. Other smoothie bowl places around here fill their bowls to the very top with the same type of bowls that this place has for the same price. I don’t think people would care if things take a little bit longer, if they’re done correctly and considerately.
I ordered for delivery but my problems weren’t the drivers fault but the restaurants. They put the tiniest amount of dressing on my bowl, they completely forgot my salmon I paid an extra $4 for as well. It tasted really bland due to almost no dressing and the salmon missing. And my Nutella waffle had all of the toppings off to the side, it’s as if they purposefully aimed for the container instead of the waffle. The waffle was also overcooked and rock hard. Just save your time and money.
I ordered the BYO Grain Bowl with arugula, hard boiled egg, beets, black beans, red onions, feta, chickpeas, grape tomatoes, blueberries, walnuts and green peppers. It was delicious. I ordered delivery through GrubHub so I cannot comment on service or atmosphere.
Had the best açaí bowls of my life here! Jae was extremely knowledgeable about the ingredients in the bases and answered all of our questions. It made our experience less stressful and helped us make the best choice on a bowl. The banana and avai bases were delicious.
Aatalya made our bowls so quickly we couldn’t believe it!!! Everything was definitely worth the low price! The ingredients were fresh, the store was clean, the service was great, and we will definitely be returning!
We went there for acai bowls, but I ended up having the protein bowl which was amazing. The rest of my group had the acai bowls and said they were delicious. The reason for the 3 stars for atmosphere is because there are only a few tables and it is very stark. Most people just order it to go.
