I had a very good fish fry. The beer batter was thin and very crisp, which ensured the fish was nice and moist. The salad bar has a nice variety of sides and several soups.
Went there for a surprise birthday party. Patrick (our bartender) was funny, feisty and so fun having serve us. If I lived in the area, I would definitely go back.
Anniversary party…the hosts treated us like family..lovely, friendly and even funny! Food choices were wonderful…room was large enough and set up very nice…
We were there for a 90th birthday party and as usual the food was excellent especially the macaroni salad and the scalloped potatoes. Roast beef was tender and very tasty. Wait staff was awesome and very attentive.
Great food but you need to serve fried green tomatoes. You simply cannot have a restaurant named whistle stop without it. Do it asap! Lol
