    Visited on Christmas Day, the pace was not busy, the service was excellent and the waiter was very professional and friendly, I food was good but not excellent, extra salty for the chicken. I was very happy to find my little son butter pasta.

    Had lunch at the Amherst NY location today, the first time we’d been there in a few years. Our waitress was Leah. Everything we ordered came fast, hot and absolutely delicious. Leah was a pleasure and her service was outstanding. We will definitely be back soon. Thank you for a great experience.

    I ordered for delivery a few weeks ago. We got 2 whiskeys burgers. Didn’t even get whiskey sauce with it. Now we ordered today and got the same thing. We ordered it with fries. We got mashed potatoes with it. Also we put no toppings and it came with toppings with raw bacon. Burgers were burnt. I will not be ordering or dining from here again.

    Our visit to TGI Fridays was truly outstanding. The appetizers arrived promptly. My salmon was cooked to perfection. My husband raved about the whiskey glazed ribs, saying they were so good he couldn’t stop eating them even after he was full. The margaritas were perhaps a bit too good, going down so smoothly that I had to have a second. The service was impeccable. The bartender was very friendly and made sure our glasses were always full. As always, TGI Fridays impressed us with delicious food, prompt service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

    A few weeks ago I ordered off the menu from one of the ghost restaurants (apps all around) at the Friday’s at the boulevard mall. The order has missing items that I paid for (whiskey glaze and various dipping sauces), my sandwich was incorrectly made and my onion rings were missing it’s dipping sauce. I called and asked if I could have the sandwich remade and pick up the sandwich and my missing sauce and they advised me to take it up with door dash. I didn’t like that response at all. It shows a lack of accountability… And I see that in the majority of replies on Google they are saying similar statements to other people who had the same issue. They do not seem to be acknowledging their mistake at all! The receipt on the bag had all the items that I originally placed. The door dash delivery driver did not make the food nor did he miss putting sauces in the bag as the bag was sealed by a Friday’s employee. The lack of accountability from this Fridays location is outrageous. Instead of taking accountability and acknowledging their mistake and allowing me to pick up my missing items they tried to put the blame on an innocent party. Im incredibly disappointed. Doordash is no way shape or form responsible for the lack of care and due diligence of the staff at Fridays.

    I deleted a previous review where I made a similar sentiment because they asked me to reach out to the corporate office via their website and I did that and deleted my comment. It has been weeks and I still have not heard anything back so I wanted to repost my review.
