Good food, good atmosphere, and great service. Had a very good prime rib and the bread pudding is definitely a must have. It is a little out of the way, but was busy and certainly worth the visit!
The variety of sandwiches was great, I got the fish
sandwich and it was not only delicious, but huge! My wife got the Philly Cheese steak that she really enjoyed.
The service was very fast and the atmosphere was very nice. Will definitely go there again

Was excited to try The Wood for lunch as I had heard many good things from fellow Baldwinsvillians.
Went on a Thursday at 2pm
and were immediately pleasantly greeted and told to sit anywhere and someone would be right with us.
15 to 20 minutes later we left after nobody came to our table.
Bar was half full and many patrons came in after us and were served.
Great first experience at The Wood. Stopped by for lunch, had the burger, fries, and a Caesar salad with chicken and an iced tea. Everything was delicious. Portion sizes were huge. Will definitely be making this a regular stop. Could not get over how affordable it was for the quality and quantity of food. Gretchen was also a great server!
