This was the worst experience I’ve ever had on a Friday night delivering locally.
I will never return to this location again
I entered the restaurant and it actually wasn’t busy. There were some guests in the lobby but nothing crazy. I had to pick up order for a very small ice cream sundae.
Not only did I enter the restaurant and not a single person engaged with me. Made eye contact with me. Asked me when I needed what I was there for…
There was even a manager glasses, dark hair and she did not bother to even glance my way knowing that I had been there almost an hour for a single icecream.
When I was finally gifted the ridiculously late and undesired ice cream they didn’t apologize and I won’t ever return
Fil and I came on for our usual banana split for him and caramel fudge brownie sundae for me. Friendly’s never disappoints with their ice cream 😊
Kyung is the best. Doing like 6 peoples jobs. Truly admirable coming from a fellow restaurant worker. If she wasn’t here this place would surely fall under. Holding it together for real. Get her some help or a raise or something.
Went for ice cream with my son yesterday. The window was closed so the waitress took our order. She went above and beyond to get use the toppings we wanted. And made some of the best sundaes we’ve ever had. It was great prices and great portions. Would definitely recommend!
There was absolutely zero air conditioning but KYUNG was the most amazing, friendly and outstanding server. She was beyond positive and smiling the entire time although she was extremely hot. She was the hostess seating people and busing tables and making sure everyone had what they needed. Great job.
