One of the worst service I had going to a restaurant. After waiting 30 min, we had to go get the server to let them know we were ready. Then another 30min later, food comes one by one. So rather than eating together, you get to watch your friends eat while you starve. After we got the food one by one, no one came to our table to refill the water, which again we had to go to them to get it. The food was good but over priced. I got the whole chicken, and kimchi fried rice. Sad part was we got charged 20% service charge because the party was above 7. I would probably never come here again. (Just a copy version of Mad For Chicken).
4/10.
Terrible service, slow food. We were seated and no one came to take our order or give us drinks for 15 minutes- we had to chase down a server just to be given water. After placing our order we had to wait an hour for everyone’s food to show up. If it was busy I would get it.. but there were only 2 or 3 other tables seated at the time. The food was fine but definitely not worth putting up with this low quality service.
the whatever combo and cream pasta was delicious.
service was top notch with friendly staff.
atmosphere was nice. not exactly cozy, loud music, tvs showing sports, great hangout spot to go with friends.
Great place to go for Korean Fried Chicken! Lots of space for big parties. I really liked their chicken because it had great taste and texture. We got the platter and an extra order of wings, split between 4 people, and it really filled us up. The space is kept very clean and the staff was great!
We came during lunch on a Sunday and the seats filled up pretty quickly. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and several of the orders were incorrect. I don’t blame the staff, because they were working their tails off and corrected the errors. But the manager should hire more staff during busy hours.
The location is very busy, seems a bit understaffed. Staff does not check on the tables often… It took us almost 15 minutes to get the attention of someone so we could add to the order. And it seemed that the kitchen was so busy that they forgot a part of our order until I was able to get ahold of a waiter to check on it for us. Otherwise the food we got was all excellent, Mac and cheese is very good and loved by the kids, honey soy wings are a bit on the sweet side for those that like a sweet sauce, wings have a great crunch to it. Soy garlic is a more savory option and we love this flavor. Gizzard is also a great dish. We also tried the bulgogi rice and what was very flavorful and delicious as well. Overall a great place…. But you’ll spend some time here.
