Word to the wise, if you make customers wait 20+ mins for “fried chicken” at a fried chicken restaurant, make sure you at least give them the fresh pieces and not the dried up pieces leftover from the previous batch that no one wanted. This was prime dinner time at 6:00pm nonetheless when customers (more than 5) were waiting for the orders when the restaurant itself is empty.
They don’t have cups holders….if you order more drinks. They don’t care it’s your problem…..
Got food poisoning from the fish sandwich. Tasted good for sure, but it also caused me to lose 17 pounds within approximately 10 days. Not fun. 2 Saturdays later and I’m still recovering a bit.

After very hard working long day paying for my food I even asked you multiple times everything in there. You said yes yes plus tartar sauce for the popcorn Shrimp. As I sit at the dinner table one craving I came for was not there and spend $30 for other since I was there. Don’t call customers back if you already missed there food in the order that they paid for.
The food was delicious as always and the workers were very polite and helpful. The manager was respectful and before he left for the night, he came to our table to check if we were ok. He provided excellent customer service. 😊
