I have nothing good to say.
I was stuck in the parking lot for 10 minutes due to the odd drive-through arrangements with both Burger King and Popeyes being in the same place. The Burger King line was severely backed up and locked up the parking lot so I could not get to the Popeyes section of the line for 10 minutes. After finally getting to the Popeyes line and waiting for someone to come to the speaker, they would not let me order my meal because that deal ends at 2 but it was 2:05- very frustrating!Meanwhile, I spent all that time waiting in their jammed parking lot and also waiting for an employee to come to the speaker yet they refused to give me the deal.
Because I was hungry I went ahead and ordered and the sandwich they gave me was so sloppy, why would they even give someone this. I also asked for no pickles and could taste pickles, so they simply peeled the pickles off, stuffed the sandwich back in the bag and gave it to me. Nothing was hot, the lid on the drink was broken and spilled everywhere. This whole experience was terrible.
I usually would not come to this Popeyes, but I decided to take a chance only to reaffirm my decision to never come here again.
Ordered the shrimp 🍤 tackle box and the honey BBQ wings. The wings were dry and it’s like they barely put honey BBQ sauce on it for it was just barely poured into the chicken!
The shrimp box was okay! I think it was about 5/6 shrimps that were just bland. I won’t order this meal again! Maybe I’ll try another Popeyes, that way I can compare. Anyhow,
The meals were just okay!
Service was great though and fast!
Food Looks Like End Of Day Food -__-
– they threw everything in one box
– they did not add my sauces
– they did not add utensils
– presentation was horrific, they are to put the fries in a fries container and, the beans and rice’ they mixed the meats which they were not too…
NOW IM EATING DRY FOOD, WHEN THE ORDER SPECIFICALLY COMES WITH Sauces That Were Not Given, I DID NOT ENJOY NOR FINISH… I AM SO UPSET … Really upset because colleagues order this in Astoria , and their food looked great and was given to them properly. NOT the same, this is not how the add is displayed.
I went tonight to order a spicy chicken and realized right away that they gave me Mild. When I went back in to get the spicy chicken that I ordered thinking they just made a mistake, The lady behind the counter proceeded to give me another mild chicken. It seems that the mild chicken was in the same rack as a spicy chicken and the worst part was she wasn’t able to tell which one was which. I called to speak to a supervisor to let them know that they’re handing people the wrong type of chicken and the person who was the allegedly was the manager seem to not have cared. I don’t know how they’re able to run a business giving people the wrong Orders.
The manager name in name tag sathi, the behaviour is so cute and helpful. As a popeyes customer , i try to many popeyes but this popeyes is really , i don’t like to say good , is best 👌. customer service is too good.
You should try popeyes food in this store. Then , you will agree with me.
