I went through the drive thru and whe. I got to the speaker I was asked to hold on after 6 minutes waiting while they took care of the 3 cars ahead of me she finally asked to take our order I was them asked to pull ahead to wait for our food. When she brought the food out it was wrong I told her this and she said I ha e to go I side there is a line and they are busy I went in and the manager was rude she finally made our order again rolling her eyes the whole time.
I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich at drive thru. Opened bag. Not even 1 napkin. Chicken barely warm and bottom of bun moist. No sauce at all on sandwich.
Is it really that hard to be a good fast food employee????
I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this establishment warrants it. 1st off, I was stuck in the drive-through for almost 20 mins. When I finally got to the speaker to place my order, I had to wait another 5 mins or so. Finally, when I tried to redeem a coupon for an 8 piece meal, I was instantly told it would be an additional 35 mins before they could fulfill the order. So much for fast food and wasting my time. They seriously need to get their act together.
It won’t let you give less than 1 star, this “restaurant” deserves less than 1 star. Hope you don’t go there planning on going home with what you went there to get, because they don’t ever seem to have enough chicken… just tried to get a 12 piece family meal and that was too much for them to handle, hope they don’t get 4 more customers or they’re going to have to close 2 hours early
They never have food prepared or food at all. I have been there when they say we’re out of chicken @ 5:30PM and then another time it will be a 25-30 min cook time. I feel it’s poorly managed and have seen several cars pulling away and at a loss for words on how a KFC can be out of chicken @ 5:30PM at dinner time or not have a boat load ready at dinner time. I feel the the owner needs to make a drastic change due to the countless people driving away because they simply don’t have food ready or food at all. Won’t be going back after going twice in 3 months thinking the first time was a fluke.
