Chicken was old and overcooked, called they replaced the whole order but the grease was not changed and chicken was dark the second time as well. They also counted 4 pieces of chicken you couldn’t get bite out of in a 16 piece meal so it’s was really a 12 piece meal for a family of 8. Great customer service but this time was bad food quality
For $5.71 with tax for a large mashed potato with gravy, could we at least fill the potato container? This was a relatives post-op request thinking they would have a couple of meals worth of potatoes and well, highly disappointed.
Get home with the food today and it was atrocious! Should’ve stuck with my gut feeling when I noticed how disgusting the bathroom was. The chicken was so dry that I wouldn’t doubt if it was made when they opened. I can bet my last dollar that they wouldn’t have served that to me had I dined in.
I was just there I had a coupon for an 8pc. Meal for $18.99. I got 3 biscuits instead of 4, a drop of gravy( not even half of the container it was in). I also God apple pie poppers. They were squished, from the weight of my sides on top of them, they needed sugar on top. They definitely didn’t look like the pictures. Never got a receipt!! It was on Rte 31 in liverpool ny. I was in about 3 pm on6/23/24.
We just went into Kentucky Fried Chicken. Every table was dirty. Nobody’s in there nobody there, cleaning anything? The men’s bathroom had no soap in it. So I would not recommend coming here. They can’t even clean nothing when nobody’s in there. The food was cold and I think it was just reheated from yesterday
