This 8 Pc meal with fries and Mac n cheese for sides with biscuits and a L Pepsi….. Was nasty! Went there about 930p last night, get my order, come home, and the chicken tastes like grease, two pieces were hard as a rock, and I could squish grease out of the chicken. It was gross! The biscuits were super chewy! The only good thing out of the meal was the fries and drink my kids wouldn’t even touch the Mac n cheese. Just tried to call to see what they could do since they were closed by the time I got home, No answer.
Got the Mac and cheese wrap but I guess it doesn’t come with any Mac ? Honey bbq one wasn’t any better either
Delivery drivers avoid this location. I’ve been here many times and there is always an issue. Staff is completely lost and incompetent. They’re mistakes cause me to lose money. I will no longer be doing business with this place. If you own this location and you’re reading this, no wonder why you’re losing your investment. Do better.
I just stopped and got a box of ten apple puffs. They put ten of them right out of the grease in a small nugget box. They were about 1/4 of an inch high and so greasy it took 4 paper towels to dry them out enough to try.
This is the second thing I have purchased at this new location. The other was a 2 piece white meat chicken meal that was dried out and tasted like it was cooked the day before. I love KFC but I will never go to this store again.
If I could give this place 0 starts I would. Went in at 9:30 they close at 10. Ordered TWO ORIGINAL TWO PIECES one with side of fries the other with mashed potatoes but gravy on side. I also ordered an extra fry. They tell me to pull up because they’re making “fresh” fries. I pull out into the parking lot as I was the only car there they were not busy. They gave me my food I live down the street soon as I got home I realized my food was in ONE BOX and one small bag. THEY PUT MY 2 TWO PIECE in the same box with NO FRIES and only one side which was mashed potatoes with TONS OF GRAVY. It was 9:43 by the time I got home. I called. They hung up on me three times after it rings all the way. So I PAID FOR FOOD THAT I DIDNT ASK FOR. I PAID FOR MY FRIES I NEVER GOT THAT CAME WITH ONE OF MY TWO PIECES. And everything was pushed into the same box!!! SO FOUR TWO PIECE IN ONE BOX W MASHED W GRAVY AND A SIDE OF FRIES IN A BAG ON ITS OWN. Now they will not answer but we live two minutes away so my fiance left w the receipt as this ISNT THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED!!! I HATE LEAVING REVIEWS I KNOW HOW IMPORTANT THEY ARE BUT THIS IS JUST WRONG. They get paid to stay til 10 so why are they rushing me with missing and incorrect food that I paid for at 9:30? Than to blatantly hang up . Will update review after my fiance comes back w our food as they did the same thing last week TWICE and I just took my loss. These people are ridiculous
