This is a nice big space, the food was excellent, our waiter was attentive, the restaurant was not overcrowded, and there were plenty of large screen TVs with the games on. Lively atmosphere, the pricing was reasonable, portions were satisfying. You can scan a QR code right on the table and pay the bill, so you can leave whenever you are done! This location is right in the Mall, so easily accessible and great to stop at after shopping for the day! Would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient bite to eat or a cold, fresh and delicious drink!
Everyday when I’m not working I go to Buffalo Wild wings to eat all the time my most favorite food is BBQ chicken wings and fries. Even if I order the same food I just really love it and I’m not the type of person who rushes people to speed up with the food. I go there all the time because it’s relaxing I love their wings and fries so much even though one time someone gave me spicy barbecue by accident I didn’t care cuz even if they made a mistake I still eat the wings so yeah Buffalo Wild wings is the best restaurant ever for me
My experience at the Bayshore location was absolutely terrible. For starters, our server/host’s appearance was unsavory. His tee was wrinkled and beyond. Already , red flag one. We were seated and ordered an appetizer which came out quickly and was good. The main meal however was abominable. Not only did it take an inordinate time to get to us, when it did it the fries were cold and soggy as were the wings. We returned the meal and a “new” order was given to us. I wasn’t sure if it had been reheated or not but that’s exactly what it looked like. Most unappealing and unacceptable. So disappointing. I have never experienced this level of dissatisfaction with a BWWfranchise but this experience was beyond terrible. Left much to be desired and I will never patronize this franchise again. Management really need to revamp his staff and the way things are done at this Bay Shore location.
Went lastnight 6/27 with my bestfriend, had Amy as our server and boy was she rude. Asked us for drinks, asked for a Root Beer no ice only to get served it not in a glass but a bottle…the bottles you would get from a 7/11..Never asked if we needed anything else or even if we needed a togo box…It was very noticeable that the table behind us that had a few more people you could see her energy was more upbeat towards them than it being the same way all around….putting our food on the table and immediately walking away without a word said. Never been somewhere to receive a bottle soda when dining in felt crazy to see for me. There are better servers there and it was visibly clear to see.
Josh was a fantastic server brought out food fast and was very sociable best server I’ve had at this location ever definitely coming back soon
