We ordered from new asian as my wife grew up eating here and her family all lives near by so she knew the food was good.
We got it delivered since I was at work and she was home alone with our children. Problem was the driver started asking and harassing my wife for more money towards a tip even though we provided one when the food was ordered online. It was completely unprofessional and made my wife, a long time customer, very nervous.
I called to speak to a manager or owner and of course, no one is available. My wife and I, as well as our extended family that live in the area will no longer be ordering from here again.
This place is a joke. Good food but when you ask to tip on card and they don’t like the amount they tell you need to tip more for driver. They have some nerve. Also he rings bell and bangs on the door so hard the signs come down. He rings the bell doesn’t even wait 2 seconds Britt banging till you answer. They are so rude!
Ordered on door dash this time and they called to say I owe them more money! It’s a rip off! I’m finding a new place!
I have been ordering take-out from New Asian Kitchen for over 13 years. The owners are hard working and provide great Chinese food and offer delivery in all types of weather. Their chicken w/broccoli is one of the best I have ever had! A+++++
Ordered Kung Pao chicken chicken was over cooked no vegetables just celery for 12’00 plus tip!!
Been ordering there for many years
This place has been open almost 40 years. The current owners have probably been here around 10-12 years. The food is good for the most part. Only thing is their fried rice. It’s not as dark as other places, and not as tasty. As with most Chinese take out, the service is always, well, poor at best. No hello, thank you, etc….I give it to cultural differences. But a smile and a hello go a long way.
