Plenty of parking located near a shopping plaza. I ordered the chicken wrap with a side salad. My friends had the chicken sandwiches with waffle fries. The chicken wrap was ok. The salad was fresh. The Honey mustard dressing was very sweet. The chicken sandwiches were juicy and tender not dried out. The restaurant was very clean. Lots of staff all friendly and attentive. Plenty of condiments available. Which you don’t really need because the staff give you all of that with your order. Some of the best customer service available for a fast food restaurant. Typical fast food.
I have shied away from this chain since they have opened in the Syracuse area, the long lines and staff out in the parking lots taking orders was a turn off for me. I had an extremely long day and needed lunch to get some energy to get through the day, I just couldn’t stand another poor quality chicken sandwich from fast food chains. I went out of my comfort zone and decided to try Chick-fil-A.I was pleasantly surprised only a few cars ahead of me in the double laned drive through. Staff was not outside taking orders which I was happy to see, I find that odd. I ordered the classic combo with a Diet Dr Pepper they took my name for order and the wait was less than five minutes to the window to pay and receive order. The service was fast and friendly. The chicken sandwich was much better quality than other chains. The sandwich was hot fresh, with juicy tender chicken with nice seasoning. I even ate the pickles which I would normally discard but I wanted the full flavor and I didn’t notice the texture of the pickles as they seemed to melt into the sandwich. I enjoyed the Chick-fil-A sauce with it. Yum. The waffle fries were lukewarm warm and under seasoned, I only had a couple but if they were hot and fresh they have potential. I chuckled at the name on my cup MARY JA but they were able to match the order with my vehicle description. The chicken sandwich hit the spot I actually only ate half at lunch and ate the rest of the chicken patty several hours later, it kept well. I will be back to try other menu items.
Apparently chik fila and I have very different thoughts on what a large lemonade with no ice means. I mobile order from there at least twice a week and for the past few weeks it keeps saying their frosted lemonade is unavailable and then I have to go through the drive through to get the frosted lemonade because they actually have it and even though I have brought it to their attention at least twice, it is still not fixed. Think it is time to find another place to go….so over the price of everything and they can’t even get a drink right ?

This location never disappoints. We came to this location on June 1, 2024. We ordered on the app, about 15 minutes before the location was closing. I try not to go to places, right before they are closing, but we had a long day and were trying to get a quick bite. I have to give a shout out to Ariana and Alison. Both of these ladies were so, so sweet. I hope management appreciates how hard the two of them were hustling that evening. Their joy and kindness made our evening. Thank you ladies, keep smiling!
I was on vacation and had Chick-fil-a for a quick lunch. Delicious! I got an 8 piece nugget meal. Their chicken is so good. Nothing like McDonald’s or BK. Loved the waffle fries too!!
