I cannot thank Dennis enough for this weekend. I have been planning our daughter’s first birthday party for months as it was a very special day for us. Had to make a last minute switch of venue due to a bad experience elsewhere and I was thrilled and relieved to know the party room I wanted was available. Dennis is absolutely amazing. So nice, accommodating and really made what would have been stressful as easy as possible. I had an exact vision of how I wanted the party and Dennis helped bring that to life. The pictures speak for themselves. The restaurant is absolutely stunning, the bright natural light made the decor pop even more. Dennis and the staff were constantly attentive and the vibe of the restaurant truly makes the experience worthwhile. Family and friends raved about the service, the food and just the entire ambiance of the venue. Thank you again! Would recommend all future parties (big or small) here. Dennis is the man!
Food very good , service excellent. Live music late at night. We went there on a Saturday night at 6pm and we were the only table, in which for me is weird. Then we asked and they told me most people start to arrive after 9 pm
First time trying a Greek restaurant. Our waiter made our experience super memorable; delicious food, great atmosphere, and live music. Our waiter made us feel so welcome and even gave us on the house mojitos
We got the Pastichio and Spinach Pie and they definitely did not disappoint, can’t forget about the lemon potatoes. They also gave us complementary pita bread and tzatziki which were both super yummy! It was our first time eating Greek food and Laterna made us want to try more. Definitely a great find in Bayside.
Beautiful venue. Went for my brother in law surprised birthday celebration, and it was a night to remember. Service was good, the food was delicious, and the location was a prime spot with parking. Street parking is available along with parking at the back of the restaurant.

My husband and I hosted our baby shower today at Laterna in their backyard, cannot put into words how amazing everything was. From the service, to the food, to the venue everything was just great. We thank Dennis and his staff from the bottom of our hearts for a beyond perfect experience. Dennis made it so easy for us to host the event and guided us throughout the process and was just overall a pleasure to work with. If anyone is looking to host an event Laterna is the perfect venue for any occasion.
