First time and it was good. Took a bit for my order and I was the only one in there. The order even sat for a minute until the counter guy could stop prepping napkins to pack my stuff…. and what was in my bag? No napkins. Sigh. Fries were ok…. could have cooked another minute. I might give them another try…
Next try today (3/7/22) Ok so another try at Smashburger and this time it was much better. My cheeseburger was good, the fish sandwich was fresh and the sweet potato fries were crunchy. I actually received ketchup and napkins this time….
The woman running the cashier, Steph, was very helpful and polite. She even came over and made sure everything was good.
So all in all a good trip. I need to try one of their doubles… soon.
Food and service was great! The only complaint was my burger was a little greasy… soooo good though!
Ordered online. Recieved text that food was ready so I went inside and waited 15 more minutes. This is the THIRD time this has happened. Why place an order mobile if you still have to sit around and wait?
The food was awesome and the service was awesome. Don was very nice, polite and attentive to the needs of all the customers. Thank you Don.
