We usually order in from umbertos but tonight we dined in. The service was amazing. There were about 5 people circling about the table to make sure all was good. Unfortunately, it’s been tough to find good service a reason we do takeout often so it’s nice to find a pleasant casual dining experience where your glass of water gets refilled!!!! The staff were polite and friendly. Love love love a pizza place with a wonderful dining experience. Can’t wait to go back!
Umberto’s of Massapequa Park never disappoints; Whether it is to grab a slice to go or a pie for the family. Mike and the rest of the staff who work on the pizza side are always so welcoming and the pizza is amazing! The restaurant side is wonderful as well! The wait staff is attentive and the food is delicious! It is a great addition to the community.
I took the family here for lunch today. We got 2 cheese slices, Buffalo Chicken slice, Chicken Bacon Rance slice, and a white slice. We were able to get a seat right away. Mike and his staff are always kind to us. We go here pretty often.
I was shopping in Massapequa and stopped by Umberto’s for lunch!
WOW the food was excellent we ordered not one BUT 2 orders of Baked Clams they were so delicious we also had salmon piccata it was super fresh and tasted delicious and beautiful glass of sangria.
BUT what also make this place absolutely the best, is the team that works there ,Peter the chef came to say hello, Carlos the manager super friendly, Antonio our waiter was exceptional same as the girls they all were very attentive, quick, and kind. Looking forward to go back soon again.

This is by far the worst Umbertos I have eaten at. Food is mediocre. I ordered a Buffalo chicken roll with a side of blue cheese. They gave me marinara. I thought it was a simple mistake. Then they did it a second time. Now I’m wondering if it’s laziness or stupidity. We also had an issue with ordering online. Food never arrived. Called the store but no answer. When I spoke to them the next day. There excuse was the system was down and they also decided to close early. What really bothered me is they didn’t try and rectify the situation properly. I had to ask for my refund as it was not one of their initial options. Lastly I can’t forget about the burnt pizza. I added a picture to show what they delivered.
