I don’t even know where to begin. I ordered a Whopper without ketchup or mayo. I received a Whopper with toasted sliced white bread instead of buns, bacon, ketchup and mayo. What kind of ghetto Burger King runs out of buns? The reason I asked for no mayo was because I’m allergic to eggs. Is it a high expectation for restaurants to take food allergies seriously? If I had eaten this sandwich without first checking on it, I would be in the emergency room right now instead of writing this complaint. I also ordered Simply Orange Juice. They gave me a large orange soda. The instructions for the delivery driver were “please leave outside on the porch.” The driver called me outside, I assume because they didn’t want to get out of their car, and then handed me my order through their car window. We’re in the middle of a pandemic. It’s not unheard of or unreasonable to request contactless delivery. I will be calling my bank and filing a claim. This is unbelievable.
I went there to order an iced coffee and impossible whopper. Cashiers were very welcoming and kind even though one of them seemed to be a trainee well at least he was trying to help me as best as he could even though he seemed like he didn’t really know what he was doing 😅 The burger I ordered was actually impeccable — hot, crispy, savory, and they didn’t give me cheese on it! Usually when I go to a burger king, they get my order completely wrong, plus I get the burger completely squished and cold. Not here! This was the best burger king I’ve had in a while! Iced coffee was also amazing! Wait time wasn’t bad either. 100/10, would definitely eat here again
Came here last weekend on a Friday and the service was surprisingly really good. Whoever took my order was super friendly. Good experience
The rudest individual in the drive thru. Haven’t been to Burger King in a while and see this Texas Double Whopper on the menu. I asked what was in it and by his voice I can tell that he was bothered that he had to explain it to me. My thing is, isn’t it BK’s policy that I can get it my way? Right, I thought so. So I give him my order, pull up to the window, no greeting, nothing. I give him my money and he gives me my change and then gives me the drinks then bag of food. While the order is being checked for accuracy, because this location is known for its less than smart employees, I asked him for zesty sauce for my onion rings and ketchup for my fries. Why did I have to ask when as an employee, he should have asked me if I wanted any condiments. (This word includes salt and pepper to any of the employees reading this. Sorry for the use of a big word.) Lastly I asked for napkins and he gives me two. Two napkins. I just looked at him and left because he obviously was either having a hard day or the queen just didn’t feel like working. Regardless of how he felt, that attitude he gave was the last straw for me. I would never go to this location again. If I could really have it my way that queen would get written up or preferably fired. I wish I could give a 0 for service.
